Sword Edging Stitch can be worked in rows to make a pretty edging or as individual stitches scattered across a plain background.
Step 1. Come up at A, go down at B, up at C. Take thread over stitch A-B and slide needle under it left to right without picking up background fabric.
Step 2. Go down at D opposite to B. Come up at E on guidelines as shown. Go down at F to begin next and repeating from C as Step 1. to continue.
